Joseph Carroll is a former pastor and commercial banker who retired in 2009.

Joseph graduated from Columbia International University and moved to Southwestern Brazil to do faith-based education with the Terena Indian Tribe.

After seven years in Brazil Joseph returned to the US and pastored a small congregation in suburban Philadelphia, PA. for 10 years.

In 1986 Joseph started a banking career which lasted 23 years, specializing in commercial financing of small businesses.
